This site is owned and operated by HEALTHY PREGNANCY HUB. It is under the responsibility of Anick Bérard, a researcher affiliated with CHU Sainte-Justine. CHU Sainte-Justine is subject to the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. Respect for your privacy is of the utmost importance to HEALTHY PREGNANCY HUB, which is responsible for this site.

As a research group affiliated with CHU Sainte-Justine, we comply with the practices set out in CHU Sainte-Justine’s Personal Information Governance Policy.

b) Obligations of the person responsible for processing personal information

The person responsible for processing personal information undertakes to protect the personal information collected, not to transmit it to third parties without you’re having been informed and to respect the purposes for which the information was collected.

In addition, the person responsible for processing personal information undertakes to notify you in the event of rectification of the personal information, unless this entails disproportionate formalities, costs or procedures.

In the event that the integrity, confidentiality or security of your personal information is compromised, the controller undertakes to inform you by any means.

If at any time any of the provisions set forth herein are determined to be inconsistent with or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed void and shall be removed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by the laws and the remainder of this document will still be considered valid.
