Did you know that 7 out of 10 women experience nausea during pregnancy?

Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy can be quite challenging, especially when you’re trying to keep the secret during the first few weeks.

Nausea during pregnancy is common, but it doesn’t mean you have to suffer in silence—there are options available to help relieve this pregnancy discomfort.

In this video, Dr. Anick Bérard and pharmacist Ema Ferreira from CHU Sainte-Justine present the “menu of options” to help you manage this discomfort and enjoy a beautiful pregnancy from the very beginning.

If you experience severe vomiting and neither the suggested solutions nor medications are helping, consult your doctor. You could be among the 1% of women who suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum.
